Chinese success in Canada

The mining of the oil sands in Canada can only proceed at some finite expansion rate. It would appear from today's article in China View that the Chinese visits to Canada have born fruit, and got them into that production at levels that could reach 400,000 bd before the end of the decade. Which, being chauvinistic, means that there is likely going to be that much less available for us.
