Bartlett on CSPAN tonight...

Just in case you haven't heard, MoC Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD 6) will be addressing the floor of the House tonight during Special Orders (After the day's business, and before adjournment, there is a period called "special orders" during which members may reserve time, as much as an hour, to speak on an issue they want to talk about).
C-SPAN will be broadcasting Special Orders live. This is Bartlett's third Special Order Speech on the topic of energy and peak oil, and it should start around 10 to 10:30 pm EDT.

I can't believe I watched CSPAN from 10-11:15 and Bartlett never came on. I was so disappointed.
yeah, Ianqui, the schedule is under the control of the speaker and can be changed at the last minute. *sigh* It rather sucks for Bartlett and us...
